quiet neighborhood daily room helpful staff leaking shower missing brush dim lights
The staff was helpful and kind. the location was close to farringdon station and the neighborhood was quiet. it was nice to have daily room clean up. That is unusual. i like places that are peaceful.
the shower leaked through the bottom? also, the lights were too dim!

limited space missing amenities
The room WAS small. I could barely move around with my luggage. the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was a HUGE disappointment. I really needed that morning caffeine boost, but had to go downstairs. The limited space and missing amenities impacted my stay negatively, so I wouldn't stay there AGAIN.

convenient stay near farringdon station
easy check-in direct connection minimal design
checking in was easy. the hotel is only an 8-minute walk from farringdon station and the elizabeth line. this allows a direct connection to heathrow airport. i found the minimal design of both the hotel and the rooms added a touch of luxury to my visit.
the lights above the sink came from behind the mirror, made applying makeup difficult. color led lights around the tv switched on multiple times during the night unexpectedly. this woke me up more than once. it seems a motion sensor caused this issue.

bus stops right outside the hotel made travel very easy. a nearby underground station added to the travel convenience. it was simple to get around the city.

the breakfast selection was varied and suitable for most tastes. it was nice to have a bar and restaurant downstairs. i could have pizza after a long day of sightseeing.

everything was very new, clean, and well organized. the hotel facilities were modern and spotlessly clean. the room was spacious and it had a flatscreen that connected to your phone.
